Ajar Intelligence LLC is a small U.S. agency offering websites, SEO, and AI consulting for small businesses. We are not a law firm, and this page is not legal advice.

This website is for marketing and general information. Content here is not a binding offer by itself until we both agree in writing (for example by email confirmation or a signed proposal).

Public prices on ajaryan.com are starting points. Final scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement before paid work begins.

If we start work after you accept a written quote or pay a deposit, these Terms of Service apply to that engagement unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise on a specific point.

Unless a proposal says otherwise, website and project builds use a 50% deposit before work starts and a 50% balance before final handoff or go-live.

Payment is off-site. Methods are stated on the invoice or proposal (for example bank transfer, Zelle, or a payment link we send). We do not collect or store card numbers on ajaryan.com.

The deposit is non-refundable once build work has started (design or build kickoff after the deposit clears). If you cancel before kickoff, we may refund the deposit minus any third-party costs already incurred.

If the balance is unpaid, we may pause launch, hosting go-live, and source handoff until payment clears.

Monthly care plans after included months are billed monthly in advance as auto-renewing subscriptions and can be canceled anytime (email or Stripe customer portal when enabled). Unused included Get Found months are not cashed out as a refund. Completing Stripe checkout for a care plan authorizes recurring charges until you cancel. What we deliver matches the package or proposal you accepted (for example Starter Site, Business Site, or Custom System).

Revision rounds follow the package or proposal. Public Starter Site pricing includes one revision round unless we agree otherwise in writing. Extra scope is a change order at rates we agree before that work starts.

Timelines are estimates confirmed up front. Delays from missing content, feedback, or access on your side can push the schedule.

After the full project price is paid, you own the finished custom deliverables for that project: content and brand assets you supplied, and the custom site codebase and design we produced for you.

We retain our pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, internal scripts, and know-how. You get a license to use those only as part of the delivered site.

Unless a proposal says otherwise, we may show the work in our portfolio (for example screenshots or a case study).

You should register and own your domain when possible. If we registered a domain for you, we will transfer it after full payment on your written request.

Every new website build includes Get Found care months baked into the project price: Starter Site 3 months, Business Site 5 months, Custom System 10 months. During included months the site runs on AJAR-managed hosting under that care plan.

When included months end (or earlier if you ask to leave), you choose one of these paths:

1. Stay onboard. Continue Keep Online ($75/mo), Get Found ($135/mo), or Grow Faster ($269/mo). Hosting, SSL, and the matching SEO tier stay with us. Cancel anytime.

2. Take the site elsewhere. After full project payment, on written request we provide a practical handoff within a reasonable window (source export, asset list, and environment or docs notes). You or your new host handle DNS, accounts, deploy, and ongoing maintenance. Unused included care months do not transfer as cash.

3. Pause or take offline. If you neither renew a care plan nor request handoff by the end of included months (plus a short grace notice we email), we may take the site offline or archive it. Source handoff remains available after full payment on request.

Google Ads Setup is a one-time fee of $499. Google Ads Management is $249 per month. Public prices are on ajaryan.com/pricing and ajaryan.com/google-ads.

You pay Google directly for ad spend (clicks and related Google charges). AJAR fees cover setup and/or management only. We do not mark up your Google ad spend. Ad spend bills to your card on the Google Ads account.

Management is month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Month 1 is a learning period. We do not guarantee leads, sales, or a specific return on ad spend.

Card authorization for Ads Management (and optional Setup checkout) is through Stripe when enabled. By authorizing a card you also accept the Google Ads Management Addendum at ajaryan.com/legal/google-ads-management-addendum.html and these Terms.

Hosting, email, analytics, booking, chat, and similar tools are provided by third parties (for example Vercel). Their uptime, features, and terms are outside our full control. We are not liable for outages or changes those providers make.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or AI outcomes. Estimates and examples are illustrative, not promises.

Unless a written exclusivity addendum says otherwise, AJAR may serve other clients, including businesses in the same industry or metro. Effort and deliverables follow the plan you pay for. We do not share one client's confidential data, strategy, or creative with another. See the Fair Play Policy in our legal packet.

For regulated professions (including law), you review and approve marketing copy before publish. You are responsible for professional advertising rules. AJAR does not give legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship with visitors to your site or to ajaryan.com. We charge flat fees only. We do not split attorney fees or route one client's leads to another client.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of this website or from client services. Our total liability for a paid project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. For care-plan or Google Ads management subscriptions, liability under that engagement is limited to fees you paid us for that service in the three (3) months before the claim (not including Google ad spend).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. For active paid projects, material changes that affect you will be shared by email or in writing when practical.
