This page explains how Ajar Intelligence handles information on ajaryan.com and in client work. We keep it short and in plain English. It is a small-business policy, not legal advice for you or your company.
Who we are
We are Ajar Intelligence LLC, a small agency that builds websites, SEO, and AI consulting for small businesses. We are not a healthcare company and we do not claim HIPAA compliance, ISO certification, or SOC 2 certification.

What we collect
Contact form: name, email, optional business name, package interest, budget range, and your message.
Booking and chat tools (when enabled) may collect details you enter under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and hosting providers may process usage data, IP address, and similar technical logs needed to run and protect the site.
If you become a client, we may also keep invoices, payment confirmations, project emails, and related business records needed to deliver and bill the work. We do not store card numbers on ajaryan.com. Payments are handled off-site as described in our Terms of Service.
Why we use it
To reply to inquiries, book optional intro calls, deliver client projects, keep invoices and payment records, improve the site, keep it secure, and keep everyday business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Trusted providers such as email delivery, Vercel hosting, Cloudflare, analytics, booking, and chat tools only get what they need to do their job. We may also share information if required by law.
Your rights
Email kachik@ajaryan.com to ask what contact information we hold, or to request deletion from our inbox and business records when we are not required to keep it. We may retain invoices and payment records as needed for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do.
